January is National Skating Month, and what better way to celebrate than on the ice at the Palisades Center Ice Rink as they also re-open their iconic ferris wheel? Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skater, there's something for everyone to enjoy during this month-long celebration.
Skate, learn, and have fun with friends and family!
Family Event Highlights:
- Free Skate Rentals: Enjoy free skate rentals at every public skating session throughout January! That’s a $5 savings per visit – perfect for a day of fun on the ice!
- DJ Skate Party – Saturday, January 18th, 7 PM to 9 PM: Get ready for a high-energy evening of skating with a live DJ spinning the latest hits. Join us for a fun, music-filled night on the ice. REGISTER to reserve your spot!
- Free 30-Minute Skate Lessons: Beginners or skaters looking to improve – this one's for you! Take a free 30-minute skate lesson on January 21 at 7:30 PM or January 25 at 1:10 PM, followed by 30 minutes of free skating. Lessons are led by the Skate School's expert instructors. Call 845-232-1028 for reservations.
